Reservations are eligible for a refund if cancelled more than 7 days prior to the reservation date. 

Between3-7 days prior to the reservation date, reservations are eligible for a 50% refund, or rescheduling without penalty. 

Once within 48 hours of reservation date, reservation on non-refundable and non-transferrable. 

We allow parents to make informed decisions based on their child's ability. We do not recommend children younger than 8 years old paddling in their own vessel unless they have extensive experience. 

Children of any age may sit in a vessel with a parent as long as they have a properly fitted, US Coast Guard approved life jacket. 

We do allow dogs to ride in our vessels. HOWEVER, we strongly recommend against this unless your dog has been trained for this specific activity. Small dogs in the water become susceptible to natural predators. 

The Aggregation Station open at 10:00am. We are usually set-up a little earlier, so feel free to come by as early as 9:30. 

All rentals are due back by according to the amount of time reserved with the latest return time of 4:00pm. Late returning paddlers will be charged a late fee of $1 per minute beyond the return time. 

It is important that you return when planned. If you are late to return, we begin search and rescue measures.
