What is the cancellation policy?

Reservations are eligible for a refund if canceled more than 7 days prior to the reservation date.

Between 3-7 days prior to the reservation date, reservations are eligible for a 50% refund, or rescheduling without penalty.

Once within 48 hours of reservation date, reservation on non-refundable and non-transferrable.

What is the minimum age?

We allow parents to make informed decisions based on their child´s ability. We do not recommend children younger than 8 years old paddling in their own vessel unless they have extensive experience.

Are dogs allowed on the vessels?

We do allow dogs to ride in our vessels. HOWEVER, we strongly recommend against this unless your dog has been trained for this specific activity. Small dogs in the water become susceptible to natural predators.
